I have seen some negative reviews about Area41 and I can only write about my personal experience. I saw the negative reviews but, I went there anyway because of location. I had a great experience. From the get go, everything I needed was addressed and taken care of. I bought a truck with an aftermarket CD player and it had no manual. I was told to come by and they would help me figure out how to use it . No charge. So I went and I was helped on the spot. No waiting, No hassle. I was also given a manual of the stereo without asking. Again, no charge. So, I let them tint my windows. Once again. No hassles at all. In fact, my schedule changed last minute and they let me come in early. The tint job was excellent. The customer service was excellent as well. I will recommend Area 41 to my friends and I will be giving them more business in the future.
